If you Imagine floating on waves of water or think of a warm breeze like a soft feather over your body, having these thoughts creates a rhythm with your breathing and consoles the mind. You won’t think and thoughts that come in, slide away. Thoughts can be there, but don’t acknowledge them.

Just relax your mind and let go…

Listen to your breathing and imagine your breaths are blue waves of energy coming to and from your body. Clear your mind some more and see nothing…

Float and sense your body’s vibration in your hands, feet and all the way to the top of your head. Slowly let go some more and stay this way until your 15 minutes is up. When you are finished, acknowledge your inner peace as you rise from where you are.

Meditation now has calmed your body and any decisions that you make will be deep and more centered.
